On Thursday 9/23, sometime between 5 and 7, I'll be appearing in a live broadcast of Saga TV's program, "Kachi Kachi Wide."

They have a cooking segment, entitled "Okazu plus ichi," where I'll be teaching viewers how to make an American staple: the stuffed porkchop. After the broadcast, I'd like to present the same recipe on my YouTube channel, so if you're not in the Saga area, hang on just a little bit longer. Or check out the recipe on my cooking blog!
